Help! There’s no audio?
I’m on holiday in a foreign country, will this app use my data allowance?
Nope. Once you have bought the Ski School Apps you can download them onto your phone or device. It’s all included for one low price: How to ski video lessons, tips, split-screen comparison and analysis, all of it. Everything is right there where you need it, when you need it.
A.) It sounds silly, but first check that the mute switch on the side of the device is not switched on. If mute is on then there will be no audio unless you are plugged in to headphones.
B.) If this doesn’t work your mute switch might be used for an aspect lock (iPad). In this case you will have to check your mute is not on:
C.) If you’ve tried this and you still can’t get audio then do a hard reboot. Hold down the home button on the front of the device and the lock button at the top together until the device shuts down and reboots, let go of the buttons once the apple appears on the screen.
If none of these work then email us a phone number to call you on, a good time to call and we’ll ring you to help diagnose the issue.
The great thing about our app is that everything is included – no need to download videos expensively over 4G once our Ski School App is on your phone. Sharing does need Internet connectivity, but if you set your data roaming to ‘off’ it will wait until you’re next on WiFi or data is turned on before trying to connect.
